Located about 50 miles from the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, Big Sky Resort is the destination of the 2024 WPTF Summer General Meeting.
About the Hotel:

Rooms are $199 - $339/night depending on room type/location. Our room block is for Wednesday and Thursday nights so make your reservation and call the hotel to add additional nights before or after the meeting.
The information to reserve your hotel room will be in your email confirmation. Note that changes or cancellations of your hotel reservation must be made 14 days in advance of your arrival date to avoid forfeiture of your one night's deposit.
Golf Tournament - Thursday, August 22
WPTF holds a golf tournament at each of its meetings.
Join us on Thursday, August 22nd at the Big Sky Golf Course. The Summer 2024 tournament will be individual play with tee times beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Email frank@wptf.org for additional information on the golf outing.
Tournament includes:
- Green fees, golf cart, practice balls and prizes!
- Beverages on the course and lunch following
- Tournament Fee to be provided
- Rental clubs and shoes are not included
FAQs
I'm registered as a member and I can no longer attend.
Cancellations will be accepted without penalty through Friday, August 16, 2024. If you are a member and cancel after that date, you will receive a cancellation invoice for $400 to cover some of the costs associated with guarantees WPTF has made with the hotel.
I'm registered as a non-member and I can no longer attend the meeting. Can I get a refund?
Refund requests will be honored through Friday, August 16, 2024. After this date, refunds will not be issued because all hotel food and beverage and conference supplies will have been guaranteed by that date. However, substitutes are welcome to attend in your place. Please send substitution information to becky@wptf.org. Refunds will not be processed until after the conference.
