Pricing:

  • WPTF Members: Complimentary
  • Non-Members: $900
  • Spouse/Guests: $250 (includes all meal functions)
  • Government Agencies: $99

Alteration of Attendance Fee: All General Members will continue to have representatives attend the
WPTF General Meetings free of any conference fee up to three (3) representatives. Any representative from General Members beyond that number will pay a $500 conference fee for each additional representative. Board members may send up to 6 representatives free of charge to General Meetings. Any representative of the Board Member companies beyond that number will pay $200 for each additional representative.

Cancellation Fees: For all cancellations/”no shows” after the beginning of the week of the General Meeting, a $500 cancellation fee shall be applied.
